10 tips for surviving the holiday season
Tips for increasing your calm,gratitude and love for others and to reduce stress and overwhelm.
1. Be conscious of how you feel. Before you get angry stop, pause and notice what is going on .This too shall pass.
2. Focus on food, exercise and lots of water.
3. Build routines AM and PM. Go for that walk or swim. Meditate or read.
4. Do not let others rule you or boss you around. I am responsible for my emotions.
5. Talk less and listen and observe more. Be kinder to others and love others. Notice the feelings of others more too.
6. Feel more gratitude for what you have. LIfe will be more enjoyable.
7. Recognise your internal rules .- buying gifts clash with others ideas etc.?
8. Be conscious about what you eat, do, feel. Your routines. How I show up!
9. Stay focussed. Be positive and don't let rainy days get you down.
10. So, start your Xmas and New Year now!

Over the holiday season we will probably be round the dinner table more or sitting around more.
So take these 5 points into consideration to lessen any pain in your neck/shoulders or back
And if your neck, back or shoulders do get tight from a positional or stress point of view remember to do the exercises I have given you or book in for a massage session to reduce pain, tightness or stress build up.

Unfortunately due to the rate of inflation over the last year of 7.3% I am going to have to put up my fees by $5 as of January 1. I have not raised my fees for 2 years or more and costs overall have risen. I hope you understand.
Reclosing over the holiday break these are my times over Xmas and New Year.
Closed from Friday 23 December and reopen on Wed 28 Dec.
Then, closed on Friday 30 Dec and reopen on tues 3 Jan 21023.
